The rental fee includes the cost of the accommodation, utilities, Wi-Fi, local phone service, and parking.

Yes, our home comes with fresh linens and towels for each guest, including pool towels.

Our minimum stay requirement is 3 nights, but minimum stay requirement may be longer depending on the time of year.

Your rental cost does not cover food, transportation, tours, excursions, or incidentals (e.g., phone calls). Food expenses vary based on preferences and quantity. An estimated average is about $55 - $65 USD per person per day (less for children). Food costs can fluctuate like in the US. We have drivers upon request, and airport transportation can be arranged.

Jamaica's cell network uses TDMA and/or GSM. If your phone is compatible and your provider has a Jamaica roaming agreement, you might use it. Be cautious of high roaming charges. Verify compatibility with your provider. Alternatively, rent a Jamaican cell. A $5 USD chip and credit allow calls and data use.

Jamaica has a tropical climate, with daytime temperatures usually ranging from the 80s to the 90s. It's advisable to wear lightweight summer clothing. Bringing a light sweater is a good idea for cooler evenings or air-conditioned places. Given the casual dress style in Jamaica, it's best to avoid bringing expensive jewelry. Don't forget to pack your personal toiletries, sunscreen, and insect repellent. While we provide bed linens and bath towels, you might want to bring your own beach towel. To save on groceries, consider bringing non-perishable items like canned tuna, peanut butter, and cereal, as these items can be expensive when purchased locally.

The check-in time for  Home Away Escape is generally 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM. 

If you experience any problems during your stay at a property booked through Home Away Escape, please contact our property manager immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
